Hey everyone,
With the Tour de France just a few months away or so, Pro Cycling Manager 2012 couldn't be here soon enough! So with saying that, I am making a wish list for PCM 2012. I will start off with some suggestions and everyone else feel free to add some too!

When it comes to training, you want to be able to impact how much a rider develops right? That's why I think you should be able to either sim or participate in training camps all over the world.
Tutorial videos would really helpful. I know people post them on YouTube and other video sites all the time but imagine being able to access tutorials on how to do things such as how to race a Time Trial, Team Time Trial, Sprint Trains etc.
Possibly also, an option to practice on courses before you ride them. I know this probably won't be included but imagine the possibility of practicing on the track and getting a feel for it before you race on it for real.
Thanks for reading this thread and I will be mailing these to Cyanide as soon as I get enough.

Quite late to suggest rather 'big' things on March. And the 'practice on courses', apparently there'll be such a function in PCM 12, but we don't know how exactly it works. There's more in the article with PCM 12 features.

(not to repeat 'there is a thread for this' for the 3rd time).
