mini-shirt problem

I read some guides to create my team shirt and minimaillot. I create mine with blender and how the guide says: To save into Gui»team_shirt and I copy and replace C19_minimaillot(one of the shirts that you choose to your career team) to have my mini-shirt in career mode. I started a new career with my team and I chose the shirt that I created with blender. The shirt appears well in everything less in the race, appears other team shirt I think so. What´s the problem? |

You need to replace the jersey on Program Files/Cyanide/PCM 10/CM_textures/cycliste/team/c19. Make sure the format is 32-bit .tga and the name, c19_maillot. Overwrite the old file.
The mini shirt is just a preview, the real jersey is the one in the directory above

I don´t know if I did something wrong, but my team still with a jersey of other team. Do I have to start a new career? |

The jersey used in the race isnt the "Minimaillot" file, that is just the image you will see when the race is loading before hand, in order to have your team ride in that jersey, you need to place teh 32 bit TGA original Maillot in the C19 folder.

What shirt do you see in 3D? The normal c19 one (red and blue, 'veloteam', or maybe Cyanide's standard jersey (mostly white, with some grey and red parts with Cyanide and Focus' logos)?

If you're still seeing Veloteam's jersey, then you didn't replace it with yours jersey.
I'll just copy my first post:

Then your shirt is not in 32-bit .tga. The game doesn't recognize your jersey and uses the default one (Cyanide's white, gray and red in PCM 11 - which I accidentally mentioned in the other post, forgetting this is PCM 10 - and Quickstep's in PCM 10).

I did the shirt again with .TGA file 32-bit and no compress. Copy and replace the .DDS file in Gui»team_shirt» C19_minimaillot.
The .TGA file copy and replace in CM_Texture»cycliste» team»c19»c19_maillot
I´m doing Giro di Sardegna and my riders are with liquigas jersey, boassen hagen and gesink are both with jersey of lider and quickstep team are with lotto´s jersey. |

Please note that there are two different kind of jerseys.
The one you want your riders to be wearing when you are playing a stage is the one in CM_textures/cycliste/team/c19 - NOT Gui/team_shirt - that's for the mini shirt that you made in Blender. |
