First of all, pardon my English.
Well, I have read much about how to calculate the fatigue with mathematical formulas or tables and I've got a lot of information about it but incomplete and only for older versions, not the current 2011 version or 2010, I have found to be some different for 2011.
I need this information for my excel, a table based on the current training fitness form and the selected training schedule, I can know how much the fitness and the fatigue will go up or down. If I have succeed, I promise to upload the excel archive.
For example: Fitness 70 and training program to 5, fatigue up 20 point and fitness up 0,8 point; Fitness 69 and training program to 5, fatigue up 19 point and fitness up 0,7 point, for all cases, or the mathematical formula.
Thanks. |

you may refer to this excel spreadsheet created by Eyolfur from the Cyanide Team. I made a few adjustments and updated it to the 2011 season.

The code in that excel is protected by a password. Do you have an unprotected version or did you only adjust the sheets? |

Thanks, this excel archive is perfect, but I would be very grateful if you can share the unprotected version. |

I am trying to work out fitness a little better too, and would also be grateful if the file could be reposted (the dropbox link is dead)
Thanks! |

Attached, which means it shouldn't get offline for hopefully a long time
Btw, I never said it, but thanks a lot titleist82. After changing to Windows 7 the old excel spreadsheet would simply not work in my computer, but the version you posted works fine for me

I guess you have the protected version.
I really would like to see the unprotected version. |
