Problem with Punctures and Crashes?

I have a problem with the crashes and puntures in PCM 10: They are too short and riders don't lose time! For example, I crashed with 10kms to go (while I was at the front of the peleton), I got up and won the race!! Similarly, punctures are way too short. Is there anyway I can increase the time it takes to fix a puncture and lay on the ground?

No, and if I remember correctly, most people complained that it takes too long, so that made it even shorter in PCM2011.

I think it depends. If, for example, a rider crashes or punctures in the middle of a flat stage, in a 180-rider calm peloton, he'll get back on the bike before the last rider of the P passes him. However if he crashes with 20 kms to go in a hard stage or a classic like Roubaix (in this case, punctures), he'll be losing 1'30 or 2 minutes to the riders he was if.

The time it takes for a rider to get back should be related to the size of the group he is in. It would also be quite realistic (a rider can't change a wheel in the middle of the peloton, for example, so he'd be forced to 'lose' contact with the P).
