2 Questions - Extreme and Vacances?

Hi one more time!

I´m between 2 Seasons and I want to know 2 "strange" questions:

- I´m controlling very well Hard Dificulty and people told me that Extreme dificulty is not very real and everybody is against you: your riders are tired very easy (sprints, for example), you can´t be in any breakout,... Do I have to change to Extreme or not?

- Between season, my riders are in vacances. I have new riders and I don´t know if I have to put them the correct trainer or I can wait until the come back from vacances... So, my question is: do they progress indeed they are in vacances? (I understand, no) Can I wait until the come back from vacances?

1. If you are playing with an strong team and you won easily, play in extreme, if you don't, keep in hard.

2. You can wait until the come back from vacances. They don't progress in vacances.
