If you want to reinstall the game without losing an activation, you only have to click on "cancel" when you are asked to de-activate your key. That way your key will remains in your registry. After the installation, do not re-activate the game.
If you have deleted the installation files just download them again.
I didn't really get what you said... I have no clue where my key is or how to get it. I have already uninstalled the game. How can I download it again without being charged?

Did you uninstall the game like following the steps above?
If I remember correctly, you can download the game as many times as you want. You're not charged for that, you're only charged to activate the game.
Btw, have you deleted the installation files (the ones which you download)? If you haven't, you don't even need to download again, just install again.
You should have received your key by email (in the same e-mail where they send you the DL links). However if you followed the steps on post #2 you won't be needing them, your key has remained in your registry.

Well you said you bought your game online, right? Then didn't you receive an email with download links and activation code? At least that's how it was with me. I've just tested, I can download the game with the links I received with no charge. I'm only charged to activate it.

2. Download Link (Install Manager first): https://dls-v6.met...gBOxp.mdmx
I copied the link out of my mail, therefore I cannot guarantee that it works at your computer but I am 95% sure it would.
To be sure to get the correct files, you would need to contact the support (which is the most obvious thing to do) and tell them you deleted the mail although you were told in that very mail to store it in a save place. (making it the least logical thing to do.)
