Hi, would somebody please explain to me how to add equipment I have downloaded to a specific team. Eg. I have added GreenEdge to my team list, so how do I assign helmets, frames and wheels to them?
You need to add these Equipment in STA_equipment, giving them a unique fkIDequipment_marques (which doesn't need to appear in STA_marques). Then this marques number you put in fkIDequipment_marques_helmet/cadre/roue of Green Edge in DYN_teams.
Not an easy task, but this is the basic explanation. I'll give a quick search to see if I can find it with more details, or I'll write a bigger guide.

Two Things:
1. I get my equipment to work, every team I assigned new equipment is riding with it, that's ok, but i can't see the images of the equipment/logos when i select it. computer is riding with them, but I can't choose them, although i changed the local.cdb. Sometimes it even crashes, when i am clicking on the chosen equipment...what's wrong there?
2. How can I assign TT equipment to teams? in the full editor i can only select one frame for one team, so this is normally the road frame, but is there a chance for extra tt frame/helmet/wheel?
1: are you talking about the pre-race menu? If yes did you give the equipment a number in gene_tgaID_photo which matches to a valid ID in the Local.cdb on STA_TGA? As for the crashes, I don't know.
2: you can put as many equipment as you want in one marques. Therefore when adding equipment to teams, the most common is have the team marques with TT+road helmet, TT+road frame and wheels (if the team has specific wheels).
yes, i am talkinh about the pre-race menu and in my opinion i assigned a correct id-number is sta_tga. i just took the next number in line and addes a tga-logo, like kuota_logo.tga. So don't know what's wrong.
Mh okay, but for example, i have a specialized road frame and i gave it the number 28 for astana, what number must be the tt-frame? 28, too and the pc is reckognizing the 28 as a tt-frame when i am using astana in a tt?
For the first one, are you sure that directory is right (and that the file is in fact there, sometimes you forget to place it).
And yes for the second example, the game will go for the TT frame for a TT and road frame for the road race (but then obviously make sure to check the TT frame as 'is_tt' in STA_equipment).
