Team Philosophy

25 cyclists under 25 years, except Marcato who is 26 and will be the team leader. The idea is to compete in as many continental testing schedule, pointing out the tests in French, Italian, Belgian and British. Just ask invitation to pro racing tour that aims sponsor and see possible to get.
We will ask for invitation to the 5 monuments with the idea of doing a good job and prove to our own against elite opponents. We will ask for invitation only the Giro and La Vuelta, we will not go to TDF. We believe that even we do not have the level to compete in the Tour and we want our first tour as a team is PT.
We will not use Scouts, at least in the first season, I have chosen young cyclists who believe have great potential and future. We will not sign stars cyclists, maybe in future seasons, but for now I want to upgrade my cyclists and current leaders to become stars in the future.

Thanks for your visit Smile

Looks very nice, And impressive jersey if it's one of your first ones. only thing is that it's kinda strange for a British Conti team to have only 3 Brit riders, and among the worse of the team. But good luck Smile

Btw, impossible goals, as usual by Cyanide Pfft

I made 15 or 20 maillots before this, so, i have a little practice, lol.

Yes, you're right about British cyclists but I like the mix of nationalities in the customs teams. Maybe they are the worst of the team, right now, but they have a very good progress.

And you're right, again, about the goals, we are a weak and continental team and sponsor ask us pro tour career goals and very difficult, yes...thanks cyanide!!! lol

Thanks for your visit.

I don't usually post a commnt when a strory starts, but this one looks promising. Interesting riders with great potential (Coppel, De Gendt, Degenkolb), nice philosophy.

Good luck with it!

We came to the lands of the Middle East, with the aim of the sponsor asked us to GC Top 10, so this would be very difficult as there were sprinters like JJ Rojas and Allan Davis, again, the bonus for intermediate sprints, would be a great help:

Looking good....but imo i don´t like to see UPS having top5´s only with Int.sprints...Frown...it´s good for you,ok....but would be more exciting to see top5´s with UPS riders fighting for stage win...

canojuancho
Yes baia, maybe you're right, but is the only way to get decent results with these young and weak riders. Remember, that my team isn't a pro tour team and don't have superclass riders, so, in continental category, thats the way to have good results. Grin

Thanks anyway for visiting my story, maybe when the big races come, I'll do it the way you mention Wink

baia
It´s your story mate...Wink..but i can´t agree with you about beeing the only way to achieve good results...and what weak riders do you mean...when i look to your team i don´t see any....Shock

You have some pretty good climbers in your squad, so i don't see how you cannot win a stage race with some of them, i'd go for it if i was youWink

canojuancho
@baia: Elissonde, Fenn, Silin.. They do not seem weak cyclists? Obviously I have good level of cyclist, but I'm reserving for other races, in these races is the way I like getting results, getting into the breakaways.

@Sutty68: Well, marcato won callabria in the way you say, moreover, is too early to put my best riders on the road. Be patient. Wink

Thanks to you both.
