I have a slight problem with some of the riders' glasses.
What causes this? (click on the picture to enlarge)
The only thing I have edited are the Oakley Jawbone glasses. I've made the glass look dark instead of yellow, and it works. A lot of the riders are cycling around in dark glasses. But why not these two (and a few others)?
And is there a way to keep riders from wearing glasses when they have a screen on their TT helmets? Is the solution to put 0 in the glasses field in dyn_team for the teams with such helmets? |

Yes, but in that case, they won't wear glasses in non-TT stages either. |

I know that. Might as well remove the screen from the helmet dds.
Do you have a solution to my main problem as well?

Well, you can, as you said, remove the screen from the helmet, or the other way would be remove the team from using glasses in the DB and then add a road helmet with glasses (not sure if there's any made for PCM11/converted from PCM10-earlier).
Removing the screen from the helmet is quite easy if you have the basic knowledge. All you need is an image editor with a DDS plugin. Open the _d file of the equipment, locate the screen on it and delete that part of it. Then save it as a .dds file. Make sure the format is DXT3 (at least this works for me) and that you've ticked 'Generate MIP Maps'. You can also save as a .tga file and then convert it to .dds with a converter, but that can mean extra work.

luigi, I do know how to edit equipment. Have done it a lot. But thanks anyway.
My main problem, however, is the glasses without glass that you can see on the screenshot. I'm not sure if those are the type of glasses that I edited, as the darker glass that I made is shown on most other riders.

Uuups My fault, I though your main problem was the glasses meeting the helmet's screens.
In that case, I'm afraid I don't know exactly what to do. Maybe there's something to do with the .nif files? Just a thought. Other than in these TT helmets, the glasses works normally? Do you know if these are converted helmets, and if yes, if the glasses work in PCM 11 TT helmets?
