Sorry for my bad english. I hope you can understand. I had some troubles the last few days trying to make some accesories and customizing my team so now that i get it to work i decided to make a tutorial to help other people.
Accesories and Maillot by me, fcancellara and Kenl:
Logo and minilogo:
1) Pick a logo from your sponsor. Then resize it with paint or another program u like to use to 128 x 64 for Logo and 32 x 16 for Minilogo and save it.
2) Open your Logo teamplate with Paint.net;
3). In Paint.net, go to Layers, choose "Import from file";
4). Find your logo and import it;
5). Your logo will show up with a white background;
6). Go to Layers, choose "Layer Properties";
7). A new popup window will appear, in the Blending Mode dropdown menu change from "Normal" to "Multiply". Your Logo will now have a transparent background;
8). Move your logo into place, (Layers/ "Rotate/Zoom" function to move it directionally or skew it);
9). Repeat for your remaining logos;
10). When finished go to Layers, choose "Merge Layer Down" to compress your file;
11). Maillots and accessories are saved as .TGA files so go to File, choose "Save As", choose TGA;
12). A new popup window will appear as well as a preview window. At the top of the preview window you will see the size of your file...default settings are wrong and saved with them will leave you with un-readable TGA files by the game.
Rest of Accessories and Maillot:
1). Open your Accessorie or Maillot teamplate with Paint.net;

If u want to get .dds files u just have to save it as a .dds file
Where to put files by Deksel:
You will have to replace the name of the folder where u have graphic elements of your team for the abbreviation that you will be using in PCM (eg c00_). if you open the folder you will see almost all graphic elements. which are as follows: _example.tga. for all _ you will have to put the abbreviation that you will be using in pcm (eg c00_).
go back to the folder where u have graphic elements of your team.
:: Gui::
in the folder Gui\team are the folders logo and minilogo.
:: Logo::
the abbreviation (xxx) must be replaced by the abbreviation you want to use in pcm (eg C00).
now go to the folder minilogo.
:: Mini Logo::
you will have to replace the abbreviation (xxx) by the abbreviation you will be using in pcm (eg C00).
back in de folder Gui, you'll find the folder team_shirt. open this folder.
::team_shirt::
you will have to put the abbreviation that you will be using in pcm (eg c00).
And for equipment
go to the folder CM_Textures/cycliste/team/ and reemplace the files in there for your files with the correct abbreviation (eg c00).
When I read the title of the thread, I've got to say I didnt't expected a detailed tutorial like this. Great job, it's good to have all useful information together.
