What exactly are you looking for? I mean, you pick you riders, your jersey, the nationality of the team, and the regions that are important to your sponsor. Oh, and the name of the team. And that's basically it. Or do you want us to tell you whose riders to pick? That would be your decision after all

How do you actually make it, I can do the rest once I have created the team...
You have to do it on one of the editors don't you? |

If you are making a custom team you might aswell use the ingame-option. The only reason I can see for using the an editor would be if you wanted to create a PT-team. |

Yeah I will probably because I want to make sponsors as well
Is there a tutorial anywhere or will Lachi's editor tutorial cover it?

I think I will probably use an editor because I am using custom sponsors... |

Can you have 2 sponsors or only one?
I wanted to call my major sponsors to be Bulmers and Sun Valley Would I create them as one or separately? |

No, just your main sponsor (needs the jersey_sz_abbreviation of your team). You can, however, add the same jersey_sz_abbreviation for both. I think the only problem would be that if your second sponsor one day became a main sponsor it would use the same jersey as your team will use now.

My plan is to keep both permanently anyway... |

Oh then there's no problem. And to do that, you can add a high value contract end year on DYN_sponsor for your sponsors (since you can't renew contracts in-game), but that may need alterations further in your career, since you'd never have a higher budget.

So set it as 2099 for example?
That is easy to change using the editor in a later season isn't it?
EDIT - Do I have to have Corsair, Gloves, Shoes, Leggings, Handles and casquette?

It seems it isn't hard, but I've never done it, so can't tell you a 100% sure.
As for these things you mentioned, you don't need them, only the maillot and transferts. For these other accessories, PCM 11 got the great feature of autocoloring, which will make sure these accessories match with your team colors. So, I find it quite useless to do them for custom teams, only for real teams (where in fact these accessories exist), but of course that is my opinion.

Ok
Good I will leave them out and autocolouring is a good idea by cyanide
Do I add riders in the game or in an editor? |

What do you mean add riders? Add currently existing riders to your team or creating new riders?
In any way, the answer is in an editor, so I'm not sure why I asked it

Just start the career, and you will find the answer to most questions you asked. For example when you start the career, you can select riders.

So it doesn't matter which way?
You both said different methods... |
