I don´t use the training camps very much. Maybe in january for pre-season training for a couple of days so they might raise their "happiness". But by the name of the thread I mean where you can raise your stats in MO, HI or CB. (I think MO is the most frequently used).
The reason I don´t use the training camps so much is not that I don´t think it works. Coz it does. but the thing is that I kinda see it as cheating, or doping if u like. it feels like I´m not playing it fair to my AI contenders. Not that they would care, they have like no emotions and doesn´t really exist. but still.
Do u guys use it a lot? just asking. |

A lot of people here on PCM say it is cheating to use training camps, but personally i don.t agree because i always use them for pre-season.
And if it was cheating then why is it included in the game |

Many view it as cheating, but it is just part of the game.
I like it, it won me the TDF with Wiggo!!
I find using the pre-season more of a cheat, as form plays such a large roll. A pre-season camp can mean you easliy dominate all of the january races, inlcuding the TDU

It's "cheating", because you get a rather extreme advantage over the AI. Personally, I couldn't care less whether people are using it, but it's simply wrong to say that it's not sort of cheating to get a +5 stat advantage over the AI.
Besides, it's a waste of money. If the game is too difficult, lower the difficulty  |

I'll admit that it does give you an advantage, but I'm using it a lot on a sky career for cobbles, and now have most of my cobbles team over 80. Cheating, possibly, but I love it! |

Who actually cares?
Everybody shall play as he wants to play. I won`t claim anybody for playing with training camps if he enjoys the game more then.
I don`t like the fact that the AI isn`t using it and so you get this advantage, but it`s just my opinion.
It`s a single player game and so you don`t get an advantage over other players but the AI, so do it if you like or not if you don`t like.
So this thread and all the others with the same topic that are somewhere around here, are pretty senseless imo as it`s impossible that everybody will get the same opinion about their "joy" of playing. |

yeah, I agree roturn. I have just seen the option and for me I consider it a little bit of cheating. but I just wanted other opinions and how they look at it. maybe it´s so good Istart using them not likely though |
