Ok, this is to replace my Endura story, wich i dont have motivation for... but this i do. The team is Endura-Rapha-Raleigh, a british outfit focused around sprinting, time trialing and cobbles, with a few climbers. I would like 20-25 riders (you). It will be a Pro-continental Team.
Rules;
- 850pts for all stats (average 65.5per stat)
- A maximum of 75pts per stat
- For every year over 23(age) +2pts(to the 850), and one stat has a max of 80
- You must be willing to be a bit interactive if asked (like a blog or interview)
- Please include name, d.o.b, stats, nationality, a brief background of your rider, specialisation, what your rider is like (aggresive, short bursts, long grinds, never gives up etc.), 3 races you want to ride(only 1 UWT)
- Be sensible
This is on a first come first in basis. Hope to get this under way soon as possible. Feel free to ask questions. I will beat the curse!!!

The 23yo Brit was hot on the Triathlon circuit, but was always overshadowed by the Brownlee brothers. He tried his hand at MTB, building up his strength, before transitioning to the Road world in early 2009. He destroyed the UK amature series and has won himself a place on the new team.

Wow, 3 days of story and you have no motivation... maybe you should think more before starting it
Anyway, posting to say that 910 pts is simply waay too much. For example, with these 910 pts I made a GC rider (the ones who need to be more complete) who could be 19-year old yet would have the max 75 on almost every stat:
FL 75
MO 75
HIL 75
TT 75
PRL 75
COB 55
SP 55
ACC 70
DH 70
FTR 60
STA 75
RES 75
REC 75
So yeah, only COB and SP not good (not really important for a GC rider) and also FTR (who has few influence for your riders, it's more used by the AI to select who has bigger chances of going on breakaways). Then take out ACC and DH and the rest are maxed out. So yeah, too much imo.

Angus grew up in a very flat part of Scotland which meant he never had a chance to learn to climb mountains and he became a great sprinter. He moved to Australia to try enhance his skills even further in more hilly terrains and excelled in that also. He is quickly becoming a very feared sprinter.
I would love if he could race the MSR or the Tour Down Under.
Here is the points change good luck for the story

From China originally, Alex moved to Australia when he was 15 where he met a kid at his school who cycled, these two mates rode almost every day, entered races together, rode as a team, Alex would always be there for the bunch sprint and would do his bit when the terrain didn't favour him. He has now moved to Europe on his own where he has become a member of team Endura-Rapha-Raleigh.
Would like to ride cobbled races of any classification and depends what db you are using but I love those smaller British, Australian, American races like Herald Sun Tour and Tour of Utah. Alex is also a rider who is veery tough and mentally extremely strong aiding him along the cobbles.

You may disagree with me here, but i'd of said your team will be too strong... every rider in this team would be good enough to be either a leader, or a protected rider even at the biggest teams, seems unrealistic, but up to you i guess :/

So, here is a team mate for you, give him low potential, he's a domestique not a future superstar
Name: Liam Mckenzie

Liam isn't the world's strongest rider, but he loves the sport and when he was offered the chance to get involved he jumped at it, born and bred in manchester, he grew up cycling, and has a wild eyed spirit, he's loves to attack, and could enjoy himself no more than when he is out in front in a small group fighting off the peloton.

Jeremy is a young up and coming sprinting cobbler who in the meantime is a domestique. He could become a strong TTer or sprinter but he could also become a luxury domestique or just one for the bottles (basically random potential). His favourite races are P-R, Tour of Britain and Tour of Qatar.
EDIT; I have changed stats to new max

@ Baggie
I know, i miss calculated the points allowance .... I was partly hoping people would not make a pure leader.
To all sorry but i need to change the general pts allowance down.... I will do this properly to avoid any more problems, sorry again hope u forgive me
A not on how potential will be allocated, unless otherwise asked i will generate a random number from 1-8 and that will be your potential.

Timm started his interest in cycling early because he had to cycle half an hour to school every day.

His technique and willpower improved over the years, and combined with his natural talent, he feels good enough to give professional cycling a try.
