Is there a 2009 DB for PCM 2011?
I would love to play the 2009 Tour with the 2009 teams...

I don't think you find the stages for the 09 Tour, also there isn't 09 Tour in this thread:

As for the teams, if you're just looking for single play mode, you can convert a 09 DB from PCM 09, although you'll still need to add the prologue stat, but regions and popularity and sponsors aren't needed for single play mode, so you wouldn't need to add those.

Finally, I don't think anyone would have much interest to create a 09 DB since PCM 09 was out that year (and it wasn't a bad game).

You cannot convert the stages from PCM2009 so you would need to play the TdF 2010 or TdF 2011 with the 2009 teams.

BTW: You should get the game for about 10€.

Well, I prefer PCM11 graphics, so I'll just use riders and teams from a 2009 DB.
