I am playing career mode using saxo bank.
It is now july and I want to offer niders money for the 4 missing positions I will have next year. However when I go to contact riders it won't even let me offer what the rider is asking let alone for more. Example- L.L.Sanchez requesting 31000 but it will only allow me to to offer 28000, my wage bill is listed on that screen for next year as 150,000 less than my max bill for next year. I also have more than enough money for my estimated october payroll so I am not behind on money. Can anyone explain what the problem is?
Not my only problem but the one that finally got me to look for these forums. Appreciate anyones help. Thanks!
There's a bug in the game since years that these values (contract ones) appear in Euro, no matter what currency you use, but the values he asks is in your currency. So what you can do is play with your currency, and when you're negotiating contracts, change it to euro.

Invited? You mean you didn't play their national championships? In that case, the most likely case is that the DB doesn't have a Luxembourg national championships in it, because there are too few Luxembourg riders. Then, the game will pick a national champion, but I don't know how exactly it works.. I think it's a random pick with the best riders having more chance.. Anyway, you should receive an email saying 'Luxembourg: [a rider] has won the national championship.' (or something like that).
So, there two types of NC results email: the ones with more details (Top 10 and you can click on the name of the race) -> these are added in the DB and you can race; and the less detailed one, like I described above, saying only the champion -> these aren't in the DB and so you can't play them.
Thank you again for your reply. Sorry it took me some time to reply, I don't have my own internet access. I think I figured it out, Luxembourgs championship is anounced but not listed on the calender. I don't know why but there are several countries championships that they tell u who won the race but you can't race in them. Just another reason to add to the list of thing I wish the newer versions of this game wound fix or change.
Some championships cannot be run in 3D because there are too less riders. If you would add more riders of that country and the race then it would work.
