copy cyclist stats to another database

hey,
is it possible to insert a DYN_cyclist.xml from one database to another? and if so - how can i do this?
or is there another way to copy the rider stats from one db to another?
i have some database experience, but i just dont seem to think of a way to do it...

So yes, use either Full Editor or Lachi's Excel Editor to work with excel files, then just ctrl+c ctrl+v the whole table.
