Hi there. I would like to play a stage race (Tour de France) where all my 9 riders have fitness at 99.
I have tried editing this using Lachi's editor, but it does not seem to work.
Can anyone help please?
This is what I do now:
1. I open Lachi's editor and extract my cdb to it
2. I go to the Cyclist option
3. I change "fitness_f_forme" to 100..
and "fitness_f_forme_training" to 80
and "fitness_f_forme_training_max" to 80
and "fitness_f_forme_race" to 20
and finally "fitness_f_forme_race_max" to 20
4. I then "export to CDB", saving it in "my docs, PCM 2011, Database
5. I start up PCM and choose my database I just edited, and then I am choosing the race I want to play.
This way I thought would work but it does not.
I tried another way. Creating the stage race first in PCM so there would be a saved game, and then I tried open up the save game in the editor, but then the editor says "invalid file name. Please remove alle spaces from the name"
So I have been spending a lot of time trying to get my 9 riders a fitness of 99.
Can anyone help please so it will work.

I think it does only work for carrers, not for a single race.

Your editing is right, but you're saving it in the wrong place I think -- it should be:
\My Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2011\Users\<Username>\Database\Solo\<Database name> |

You should edit the saved game, not the database, like you suggested yourself.
"I tried another way. Creating the stage race first in PCM so there would be a saved game, and then I tried open up the save game in the editor, but then the editor says "invalid file name. Please remove alle spaces from the name""
Well, did you try removing the spaces from the file name? |

I tried to save it in the folder you mentioned Tini, but then it does not show at all in the databse options to choose from. |

Well that's the directory for save games so it should show at save games if you save it there.

Oh man , I can't believe I am this stupid. I tried to rename the saved game while extracting to the editor. Of course it wont work that way. Now I changed the name like you normally would and now it works. And it is changed to fitness 99 now for all riders. Oh boy. Thanks for helping me through this. I may have to turn my brain on before posting here again.
Take care. |

So just to sum up. It is ONLY possible to do it with a saved game. For anyone else who has the same problem.
Party on, or race on. |
