What should I do to upload a "GPX" file? And what is a "GPX" file? Please help me, would guess that it is the same in PCM 2011. |

A .gpx file is the route you use to create a stage in the stage editor. You create them yourself on for example https://www.bikeroutetoaster.com.

Did you just save it or did you download it?
If you downloaded it - Just open it in the editor.
If you just saved it - Click the "summary" tab in Bikeroutetoaster (on the right side of the map view, scroll down to "download" and take "to gpx".

Thank you! But I still have one problem. When I had entered the "Read Bounds ..." and selected the file and then press "OK" it was an error. |

You're using the 2010 Editor, right? That happens because there aren't .dem files for the region you are trying to create. You could look at the packs of .dem available for download and see if your region is there:
