When I play PCM, I like to keep signings realistic. Eg. signing 95% french riders for french teams.
But I want to start a career with a team, that really doesn't look at nationality, so which team (IRL) would care the least about rider nationality, and therefore be a fun team in PCM?

In general I'd say the biggest international teams like HTC or BMC. Although on the other hand I guess they don't have such large mediterranean influences. |

Team HighRoad is an american team but has only a couple americans with VanGarderen, Pate, Lewis. Their leaders are Brittish and German and i don't think they have more as 4 riders from the same country. It are mainly the topteams who care the least about rider nationality as also Leopard has a lot of different nationalities.

Vacansoleil always fit that best in my head, with a core of Dutch riders but a lot of others.
BMC is another good one.

You do not need to consider the sponsor aims for your rider nationality at all. It does not have any effect on anything but the bar showing you how happy your sponsors are with your squad.
Thus just pick the team that you like and pick the riders that you like over time regardless of their nationality. |

That's a bit wrong, you sponsor does care. If you have a sponser from Denmark you need riders from Denmark or else the sponser won't be happy. |

Never mentioned sponsors. It's only to keep it close to real life
