When I was studying I.C.T. at school, I got the chance to create a database for a cycling team, and so created my own team, ‘The Emperors’. Having only just got into cycling, I packed the team full of superstars, such as Armstrong, FrAndy, S. Sanchez etc. However, now that I’ve left school, and actually learned something about graphics design, mainly thank to the tutorials on PCM.daily (by the way they are ridiculously helpful), I’ve managed to create my own custom team. |

You need to upload the pictures to a site like imageshack.com or photobucket.com. Then you can link them in here.
But just a tip: It might not be a perfect idea for a story to have a team full of superstars. The problem you'll get is that you can't really have much success: If you win everything, that's just what you could expect. And every second place is already a fail. You can't "overperform". It's usually nicer to follow a team/rider who has room for improvement. But of course that's up to you.

Thanks for the tip, and indeed, that is what I've done. Mainly because, if you take all the good riders, then that leaves you nothing to compete with and makes the game much less fun.
My point was that for my database in school, I knew so little about cycling that I used the only cyclists I knew, the greats.
Now however, that I've been playing PCM for a couple of years, I'm well aquainted with the cyclists and have a more 'realistic' team. |

Good luck with your story!
The images have to be:
the / must go away and the link must be between the brackets!
A remark: .JPG pics load a lot faster as .PNG

Yes, when you have uploaded the image you will be given several links. Link, Direct Link, Widget Code etc.
You are currently using the "link" and it doesn't work. Copy the "direct link" instead and put it between [img][/img] and it will work fine.

On what website can I save images? I've already tried photobucket and imageshack. |

I've got imageshack. Think it works easy.

The Team
From the original database, only one rider has managed to make it onto my team: E. Boasson Hagen. The other 24 riders have been put together using the custom team, with a legitimate budget of £340,000.

Good to see the pics working!
Nice team with some of my favourite riders: Spilak, Kiserlovski and Van Garderen!

Fairly strong team with a lot of potential (Sagan, Degenkolb, EBH etc.) I guess you should be able to promote in your first year.
