Hey guys!
I have a problem. I'm playing PCM 2011 and I can't get a new sponsor!
I've been searching for a sponsor in 3 years maybe more, and I was wondering if anyone had a clue why I don’t get any offers?
Could it have something to do with the year I’m in. Btw I’m in 2024.

I don't think thats the problem. I've been searching in all kinds of countries and levels.

Because of the year you're in. At the end of the year you will automatically get a new sponsor. |

It's just a guess, but could it be that there are simply no sponsors left? Maybe every sponsor that was implemented by Cyanide was already signed in the course of your career?

Checking the database in the DYN_sponsor section I found a value_i_year_max highest value is 2100 for 3 sponsors, Rabobank, Euskaltel and a real-database Euskaltel, the others are all 2023.
So I guess at 2023 all sponsors are gone if this value means what I think it means. |

The value defines how long a sponsor is willing to stay with a team.
Sponsors can sponsor a team in 2012 and then return in 2030. |

Hi,
Can that 2023 limitation be overwritten? Can we extend i_year_max highest to a higher value and then play for as long as we want? Does that let us get sponsors beyond 2023?

I don't believe that the year_max thing is the cause of the problem - but yes, you can change it if you like. |
