There must be a list of skills each training provides. Some are perhaps obvious, as i think training climber will increase mountain, hills and perhaps downhill.

But what about the others? What are the exact skills you train in Northern classics, sprinters, puncheurs, stage race?

Side note: If you have a climber who have maxed out his climbing abilities (onlu 1 or 0 stars left), wouldnt it be beneficial to make him train another type of training where he has plenty of stars left, or will t decrease his climbing potential if he doesnt keep training it.

Last, does a rider train better if u train him in his specialization e.g. a time trialist with time trial.

Yes, it would be beneficial to train a climber who has maxed out his climbing abilities, he won't lose his potential/stats if he stop training it. Actually, as said before, changing the training type won't stop the other training, but just have it progressing in normal speed.

As for the specialization question, I'm not sure, but I think he won't train better.

Btw, instead of creating several topics, you could also post the other questions in one thread.
