Someone there can teach me how to create a your own team in the database, and get my own shirt, minishirt and logo ??

As to getting your own shirt, minishirt and logo, you can either ask a jersey maker to do it for you or get one of the custom ones that comes with the game, although those usually are bad (and with fake sponsors).
