Well, I had few problems which should be fixed in patch.
1. I set up the train and my lead out sprinter moves to the top very fast, I then order my rider to follow the lead out but he is being blocked by the rider form his own team, which happend to me quite few times, which I find really annoying.
2. In sprint I lead out with O'Grady and Cancellara. they are both strong on flats and every time I use dot and 99 they go ahead of peleton with my spritner and waste enrgy really fast, they gave 10 sec gap and I sprint with Bennati but he ends maybe Top 10 becasue hs is tired from following them. I think that should be fixed becasue at those speed in trains woudlnt create 30 sec gap and then loose it quick quickly.
Just don`t go on 99 with Cancellara or O`Grady as they are much better than Bennati in flat. So 85 should be enough to be in front of the peloton without exhausting your sprinter.

Yea, tried it now. Still strange they can get 30 sec advantage on the pelton so easily.
Though the first problem is really annyoing, so many times I lost contact with my leadout as my sprinter was blokced my rider from his own team, which would never happen.
What to do to stay up front on the last 8km ?
I use dot and 70 to birng my riders up front. And stay like that till end of race. On last 10km I move it to 80, but still some of my rider are not competlely in front and getting train is hard going then.

1 - Just take the team mate out by lowering his effort.
2 - Roturn said it all. Just to add, the trains create a 30 sec gap because the game uses a 1/10 scale (if I understood you right you compared this part to real life, right?).
and yeah, the sprints have been revamped. but again, its much better now, and yes it takes some time to get used to.
but its much more realistic now that the riders cant ride within each other.
i think the problem with the lead-out man not moving away, could be fixed in a patch by saying (programming wise): If your sprinter is following a teammate, and your set your main sprinter to sprint, then the lead out man, should move aside.
That could easily be done i guess.

Isn't it easier to put your lead out on the dot, that way he moves and your sprinter got the entire road(assuming your leading the peloton).

Yeah as it is now it should be.
But like i said, they could do some adjustments in an upcomming patch.
But not sure if they wants to really.
