changes to detailed, quick sim???

Hi, as someone who prefers the management side to the graphical live play side is there any changes at all to the simulations..i.e what you can ask riders to do etc. i have not heard anything just wondering...if there isnt i will probably stick to pcm 2010

Apparently no.

But if you prefer the management side, there are new things in PCM 11 for that (big things), such as a lot more goals, sponsors withdraws, riders with regions and such.
