Hey, I thought I would open a thread for me to post results of various test races I've played, just so people can get an idea of the differences. I'm also willing to take requests. I'll be using the PCM France Realnames DB.

The results don't really show what this was realy like. It was a two man sprint between Boonen and Cancellara with Flecha behind and Ballan even further behind. A group of 20 came to the final two cobbled sections then the first 9 riders attacked, dropping each other. Flecha was immensely agressive and lead for most of the finale, but was overhauled just after getting onto the velodrome. Boonen easily outsprinte Cancellara.

Can you play a sprint stage, one with very good teams and another with weaker teams like SpiderTech as an example?
Maybe TT but thats not really that interesting.
(I mostly just wish I could play right now but my computers being weird)

Figured I could throw my experience in too, if you got a problem with that then oops, my bad.
I did RVV and P-R, both of which were pretty fun and realistic (I played with Sky and Flecha, who iirc has 81 cobble in the default DB). In RVV, the group was slowly whittled down to 11 guys, then Canc attacked around 6 km to go. I countered but couldn't catch him, and then there was a 5 man chase group behind. Cancellara took it easily, and Flecha barely held off Boonen, despite starting the sprint 20 seconds ahead or something.
In P-R, the group whittled down again. The first big attack was (I think) from Fredrick Guesdon, and Cancellara, Boonen, and then I all responded. That got dragged back and then Nuyens attacked and the group blew apart again. Flecha went for it but Cance countered and won another classic. Several people tried to bridge to Flecha but Boonen was the only one who got across. We went into the Velodrome and neither of us wanted to lead out the sprint so we were caught from behind. There was a 15 or so man sprint which Flecha won, again barely pipping Boonen on the line.
Overall, I would say the cobbled races are even better than 09 and way better than what I have heard about PCM 10 (I never bought it).

The more reviews/experience the better
Each comment I read I'm falling more in love with this game, for me what really matters is the gameplay, graphics and such comes after (that's why I got back to playing 09). But reading the last sentence:
Overall, I would say the cobbled races are even better than 09 and way better than what I have heard about PCM 10 (I never bought it).
If they are better than 09 (which is really great and realistic imo), then it's awesome! And yeah cobbles (and pretty much everything gameplay-related) really sucked on PCM 10, I mean, on the quite a few times I played PR, I never got a smaller than 10-rider group sprint finish in Roubaix. Sometimes more than 20 riders actually.

I played a stage of Tour of Qatar, and there were only a handful of really top sprinters. Here are the results (I was Topsport and didn't do anything):

The sprinting was really, really good. Cavendish was lead out by Rasmussen and then Degenkold and Freire was lead out by Bos. The only reason Chavanel is so highly placed is that he attacked inside the last 3 kilometres, but was dragged in with about 300 to go. Cavendish lead almost the entire last kilometre but Freire just managed to beat him on the line. I was really impressed.
Oh and the peleton was stretched in an incredibly long line - if someone had've forced the pace more it could have snapped. The wind clearly has a really large effect. Also I saw something I've never seen before - 3 Katusha and 2 FDJ riders attacked together and tried to break away with about 20 to go.
