I have downloaded the 2011DB but it downloaded as an application, not a CDB file like the default and my custom. What can I do?

I guess that it's an auto instaler? If yes, just run it.

And a DB isn't only the CDB file, it also includes stages, equipment, jerseys, and everything else.
