Tour De France advice please!

I have this problem, i´m playing in the year 2013 and i´m tired of no having time bonuses in the Tour de France in any of the stages.
I mean, sprints, hilly or muntain stages there is no bonus, ony points. The same happened in the previous years, it´s really annoying cause it´s not competitive for the sprinters. How can i solve this?

That's not a problem, that's reality, there are no time bonuses (if this is even a word) for tdf stage wins

Yeah, since 2008 the TdF has no time bonuses in stage finishes or anything like that.

But if you want to modify it so it will give time bonuses, go to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM 2010/Classifications and change the one called 'top_france_grandtour'. But be aware that the file name could vary from DB to DB.

You can change it with the Notepad. To know what exactly to do I say you better take a look at the other files (the races that have time bonus) and compare them.
