Yes, there is a table that shows how much rider will devepop under given specialisailtion. I am on my phone so cant copy links but somebody after me should post the pic of the table.

What matters is the limits (limit_i_<skill> or something like that). |

Isn't that about the training 'types'? I mean, there is the specialisation (time trialer, climber, sprinter, stage racer, and so) which can even change (had a rider with MO 78, his specialisation was climber, but had a great potential on TT, trained TT on him he changed to stage racer), and there is the type of training, which I've already seen a table about development of stats. Which one do you mean?

if a rider with potential 4 and a specialisation of Climbing will have more/less stars left than if he was a Time-Trialer?

Yea, i was talking about training types table, i misunderstood author's post, sorry. Thanks for pointing ot out to me now lluuiiggii
I also got one question, if e.g. Cavendish has none stars left in sprint category and one in accelaration. And if you train him as sprinter it gives bonus of 2, as well as training as pucheur gives 2. As he is a sprinter would his a accelaration stat grow faster if I choose his training type as sprinter or puncheur ? Does it even matter, as both types give 2 bonus in accelaration ?

No. As I said, it's the limits that matter. |

The limit is only in the save, so no. |

But the limits are not overwritten on career start, so if you like, you can add them to a DB. |
