hey all,
can someone tell me (after long time w/o pcm) which patch is the best to use for best sprinting/mountain results togehter with pcmdaily 2011 db?
and to reduce threat spamming a second question:
since 2010 seems to have ptoblems with sprinting and separation on hilly races, isn't pcm 2009 the better choice for realism/gameplay? small gimmicks i don't care for really....
thanks a lot |

Patch:
The patch would be 1.0.4.1 if you never play online through game center. Else you have to use the latest patch 1.0.4.2. (patch 1.0.4.1 does not have sprinting issues)
Game:
If you care about playing the actual 2011 teams you should play PCM2010 (and download the daily-DB).
But you could also compare the prices and just buy the cheaper game. I mean, PCM2011 will be released "soon" anyway. |

Oh i Remember the cobbled races were epic with pcm 09 , they've really become boring et almost unreaslistic with 2010. |

Not only the cobbles, but also hilly classics and mountain stages.
And this thread coming today is quite a coincidence for me, given that yesterday I re-installed PCM 09 being fed up of PCM's 10 gameplay. Was epic to see an alone victory in LBL, realistic results on Mt Ventoux but still didn't get the time to play PR, gonna do it today =D
If you're looking for realistic results, sure 2009. If you're looking for good graphics, PCM 10. I prefer the results, no doubt.

I agree that the gameplay is better in PCM09.
I remember someone mentioning that it only costs 5 €, so it's worth it even if it's just for a bit of fun before PCM11 arrives. |

Yes, the gameplay is better on Pcm 09 but the graphics is better on Pcm 10. Hopefully, Pcm 11 will combine the graphics of Pcm 10 and the gameplay of Pcm 09

My biggest dream =P
Just played Roubaix, so awesome to see realistic results (winner alone and such) instead of a 20+ rider group sprint in the velodrome.. too bad Flecha won =P
As CT said, given PCM 09 is very cheap atm, it could be a good option. And hopefully PCM 11 has an as good as gameplay.
