This will be a little bit different from all other stories, because I have allready played some seasons. This is a career I have enjoyed myself with and played just once in a while and I never thought it would go this well!
Therefore I will start publish the story here. We are still in the Continental Division, ending 3rd last year, but the sponsors were largely surprised by our good achievements, so this year the salary will be doubled. This resulted in the all-time commitment from the sparebanken vest's side, and the manager signed some interresting faces before the 2013-season:
Leader:
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/SWE.png[/img-l]Thomas Löfkvist
Climbers:
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/IRL.png[/img-l] Daniel Martin
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/KAZ.png[/img-l] Alexandre Vinokourov
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/USA.png[/img-l]Chris Horner
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/KAZ.png[/img-l] Alexandr Dyachenko
Fighter:
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/FRA.png[/img-l]Christophe Riblon
Sprinters:
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/SLO.png[/img-l]Grega Bole
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/ESP.png[/img-l]Diego Milán
This is our 8th best rosters, and they will be used in the big races. In additon, we have scouted some promising norwegians who will get their chance in the less important races:
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/NOR.png[/img-l]Tor Ole Olebakken
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/NOR.png[/img-l]Thor Hoseth
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/NOR.png[/img-l]Webjørn slaatsveen
[img-l]https://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac168/alexkr10/Flags/NOR.png[/img-l]Sjur Sødal
Our season goal set by the manager and his staff, by priority:
1. Gain promotion to UCI ProTour
2. Win Österreich Rundfahrt
3. Win Amgen Tour of California
The longterm goals:
1. Fight for top 3 standings in the Giro, Tour and Vuelta
2. Have a fine mix of norwegian young talents and experienced foreigners
3. Obtain a good, healthy economy

Could you upload the pictures as JPEG? Otherwise it lasts incredibly long to see the screens. |

Our dedicated sprinter, the main reason that we did it so well last season.
Diego will be used to open the sprints with Grega on his wheels, hopefully lead him to victory.
Thomas Löfkvist. Still have something to learn in the mountains, but his TT stat will help him take back what he eventually lost in the mountains.
Daniel Martin, The Irish super cllimber, that will help Löfkvist achieve his goals
Our new young cobblestone talent. We will keep training him until he can challenge the best northern classic-rosters
Updated ranking list according to March, we are now ranked 4th behind Skil-Shimano, Cofidis and Saur-Sojasun

Nice stats with Bole and Milan. Might be possible MSR winners. Also Lövkvist is great for the hilly classics.
Btw. If you convert you pictures to Jpeg they will be 10 times smaller. Otherwise it`s hard to follow later if you have more than a few pictures on every site. |

Unfortunately, we didn't get our request for the Amgen Tour of California accepted, therefore Bayern Rundfahrt will no be our new objective.
We start with stage 1:
This may be a stage for our sprinter Grega Bole if he manages to get over the last mountain. We will try to protect him so that he can be able to have som power left at the finish. If he is dead at the top, we will let Lövkvist give it a try
Stage report:
Riblon managed to get away from the peloton together with Vorarlbergs Hollenstein, but they was caught after about 50 km. Hollenstein and some other riders left the peleton again but they was caught at the top of the mountain.
The final kilometers are closing in, With Lövkvist and Riblon leading Bole to the front of the peloton
Bole takes the stage! Goss and Downing came closer and closer the last 300 metres in the downhill, but Bole was too strong on the uphill before.
That completes our first stage win in Bayern Rundfahrt. We're hoping for a good continue
First stage results:
1. Bole (SLO) 1h23.34
2. Goss (AUS) +0
3. Downing (GBR) +0
4. Cooke (AUS) +0
5. A. Schleck (LUX) +0
Standings after first stage:
1. Bole (SLO) 1h23.34
2. Goss (AUS) +8
3. Downing (GBR) +12
4. Cooke (AUS) +20
5. A. Schleck (LUX) +20

Congrats on the win. Just a tip: it appears to me you don't export the results, you might want to try that, makes it much easier In the results page after the stage, click 'Export'.
And if you take out the names and circles under riders pics should be better You can either do this with Ctrl+U (takes out everything) or Tab/´ =)
Good luck for next stages.

Stage 2 of Bayern Rundfahrt
If the last stage looked like a good stage for Grega, this one definitely does. Diego Milán was too tired to help Grega in the sprint yesterday, therefore we had to use Lövkvist. He is going to rest today, while Milán should be fit for fight again.
Another breakaway on this stage. 5 riders, one of them, the polish champion of the year Smolen. They had at the most 7 minutes down to the peloton. This is taken at the end of the stage, and they do still have a solid lead. The peloton must react, or else they will go all the way in!
3 km's left and still 3 riders left in the breakaway. They got a lead of 36 seconds! Can they make it all the way in??
No, Grega Bole, with Baden Cooke on his wheel, has caught the breakaway with just 800 metres to go, what a finish this will be!
Another victory for Grega Bole, he seems unstoppable!
Yet again was Diego Milán too tired at the end to help Grega out on the sprint. Hopefully he will come back in good form, cause Bole cannot drive solo anymore, he needs backup from the rest of the team. Well, we will get more oppurtunities later on...
Stage Result:
1 Grega Bole Sparebanken Vest - Ridley 5h00'01
2 Baden Cooke Saxo Bank SunGard s.t.

8 Tomasz Smolen DHL - Author s.t.
