Training Camps are cheating cause the AI doesnt use them... So basically you are cheating yourself an advantage over the AI for the races in the early season...
BTW: What difficulty are you planning to play?

ermmm thats news to me, but its hardly cheating if it implemented in the game, plus the ai are stupid for not using the pre season option

For me the pre-season training camp is acceptable, specially when playing on hard. It's gonna be exciting to see Ullrich with a decent season planning. Good luck!
P.D. It would be nice to see which are your main objectives for the season and the general stats of the team.
