Gent-Wevelgem isn't that much of a cobbled race too be honest, so I wouldn't base the COB stat on results there too much. Omloop Het Volk or Dwars Door Vlaanderen for example are better races to base the COB stat on in my opinion.
Flat and stamina could be counted there though, but like Matt says, don't base anything on one race.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

@fidjim, yes but we're discussing PCM.Daily db stats, not Jesgd's
Also, I would advise you to take a look at Tank's thread. That matrix is based on FINAL RESULTS and can't be completely perfect and as good as a person watching a cycling race.
@Flat stat "weight" in cobbled races discussion: taking a look at sta_type_rider, that until PCM 12 affected the average of a certain type of rider, turns out that the flat stat affects the average for the 15%, while cobbles for 70% and endurance for 15%. Given that it shouldn't have changed that much since then, we should base the updates on that
Which means that for somebody like Thomas and to do him justice on the cobbles (depending on Tour of Flanders of course) needs to be pretty high on cobbles. |

What about the stats of Miguel Ángel López (AST, winner of Tour de l'Avenir) and the two youngsters from Kazakhstan Astana signed? |

Hey guys, what's up?
So Benoot has to be bumped, I'm thinking:
FL: 74
HI: 73
CO: 76
STA: 74
What do you guys think? |

Definitely close to what I had in mind.
Bit more FL maybe.
Will have to await Roubaix though, for more accuracy

I'm more inclined to give him more of a Van Avermaet skillset (higher hills, lower flat compared to other cobble specialists). But yeah let's see how he does in Roubaix.
Also, Fabio Felline has been hot lately. I'm thinking:
MO 71
HI 74/75
TT 68
PR 74
SP 74
ACC 75
What do you reckon? |

Hill 73 sounds a bit too much though, I haven't seen him do amazing stuff on the hills yet. Stamina could be a bit higher in my opinion. He seems to find new strenght when the finishline approaches.
EDIT: this is about Benoot

It's just that he had some good results in hillier classics before turning pro, my feeling is that he's more of a Van Avermaet kinda rider than a Boonen/Vanmarcke rider. I might be wrong though, he is pretty tall so he probably won't have the explosiveness to be a great hills rider as a pro. |

Manuele Boaro is in my oppinion very underrated in his climbing ability. He won the hardest stage in Tour of Denmark last year, and today he won a tough stage in Circuit de la Sarthe in front of Rolland, Fedrigo and Bakelants. |

Yup, he deserves more than his stat I guess
Edit: thought we were talking about felline, still a slightly valid point I am ashamed of myself, guess I actually need some glasses :/

Both Denmark and Sarthe are hardly climbs, it was all hilly.
He deserves a small boost to the 62, but these two results shouldn't have any affect on his MO, he has few other though that mean he should be higher than 62.

Didn't Boaro enter the top 10 in Crit.Int. mountain stage? |

Don't really know which races you have collected for your calculated DB, TankNL, but the race database is certainly lacking a lot of hilly stuff where Benoot has done very well

What about the impossible Viking from Norway.
He is on fire for sure, but he might have some increase in other ratings than just sprints. Nothing or no-one looks to be able to handle him at the moment.
He can't stop winning, so the next monument will be a thrill to watch.
Surely he can't take that too , or ???

Regarding Kristoff I would just boost his flat, cob and stamina with 1 or 2 points. That should make him good enough.
FL80 - HI73 - COB79 - SPR80 - ACC79 - STA82 - RES75 |
