2. Go to your PCM13 folder and copy the image to 3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team\col\
3. Rename the file to col_maillot_world.png

What you could do is look through this thread. You'll find some of them there. I believe they're also included in the Expansion Pack. Not sure about that though

Indeed most national team jerseys are included in Daily's Expansion Pack, only the Luxembourg one was made after the release so it's not included; the rest are all in.
