Yeah fair enough, I hereby swear any race reported on thecxreport.com will include the winner's name. Stupid mistake though.

Maybe I'll do the race tomorrow. I'm already running the race partly, as I've already received tactics from almost all active members

I talked to my brother about the continental Championships and the possible overlapping races for next season.
There might be a solution. He's gonna see if he can create a new category for races where the outcome counts as part of the palmares, but there are no UCI-points given and non-existing riders (in the game engine) just get passed over.
That means a victory in a Cont. Champ or in a smaller race next season will count as a victory on the palmares, which would be nice.
Cool idea jandal, look forward to future editions. Gives this fantastic storygame some further input, and we all love to see lots of input in this game.

Sending tactics for once paid off, I'm very glad with what happened in through the race, that's all i wanted Matt to do and that's very satisfying, I think I will do it always

Also, it appears we're nearing the end of the cold winter in Europe. After Ostrava we head for the sand races and after which it'll already be February. Though in February it can be mighty cold, too, so we'll have to wait and see
Those ice specialists have had some great races. Though one season is not another, and a mild winter might be disastrous for a rider such as Hammarling or so. Still, they can't complain at the moment
No, indeed, when I asked Matt he told me "what's ice, some kind of high temperature?!"
Well, that's good news that we're heading out of the coldest part of the season, definitely good news for Matt, that probably won't have any chances tomorrow with -2°C...
A shorter report than usual for the Lviv race today. Just wanted to try out something a bit different (shorter). I think I'll do more shorter races next season, depending on the race. Especially if I'll add more (overlapping) races.
Another thing: Program works with Continental Championships. So it counts for the palmares and UCI points after all! The amateurs also received these UCI points, but that's no problem, I think, they earned it
Also, Bakari is no longer without UCI points if the cont. champs. count! He's not even last in the UCI ranking! Check it out in the Game Thread!

When this season ends, I'll be evaluating myself race by race and decide which races have a future and which races were too hard to imagine/report on. I'll see where the gaps are and then we can fill them up
We'll also need some more races for overlapping non-category races, but that's for later!
