It's true that there's no "13garmin" graphics, if that's what you noticed, but the DB does use Garmin's 2013 jersey, the version by Lance Armstrong 1990, also an edit from Will's shirt. It's just that the change in the shirt was so little that there wasn't much reason to create a new folder and copy all files (more than 30 MB of shirts).
Nevertheless nice job  Though I'd maybe distort the logo a bit (make the height smaller), specially for the lower part of the logo (that region has another of the several distortions of the cyclist model, not sure how to explain it  ).
