Thurau Awesome victory.
Too bad my other riders really don't care about this race. |

Stage 4-9 added at Vuelta a Colombia cuz I'll be making a short trip home and likely can't update till Saturday.
Boy, Hobbit's stages are pretty sweet. Should be fun to play it.

Strong performance by Vanendert, he looks like the man to beat here. The stages are really dominated by breaks, I hope that changes for the last few days.
As a side note, Duque gets 4th in a bunch sprint immediately breaking Richeze's sprint placing record from earlier in the day. #therealopsprintergods

I love this race now, Chavenal in second!!! Are ushered any hilly stages left so he can take some time on Vanmarke?
Also Sicard did well with a third place in a stage.

Wow so many break wins.. Can't complain though with Kolahdozhagh taking one and Ochoa getting a 3rd place.
Thanks Shonak for the update. |

Whooza, two amazing last stages for Castroviejo. No stage win unfortunately (grr Gazprom once again ) but what an amazing ride all together by him. Some unexpected points. Also, Team Ranking nice Just a shame we lost it due to this 3 minute break on stage 3 sigh

I sent Dumoulin to ToNE to see how he would go in the 'big time'.
4th in GC and 1st in Young Rider, pretty good! Puts him on the shortlist for some upgrades.

Nothing good from us these last 2 stages. Besides Thurau's victory this was a horrendous race for us. |

At least Voss saves it a bit with a stage win and Kristoff defends the points jersey.
Still, I'm not happy! Expected at least a top 5 GC and possibly another stage win.
Very interesting how huge the impact of the TTs were for the GC. Didnt really expected that.
I assume that with 3 races only left for Kittel and two for Sagan I have to wait another year before contesting the PT ranking victory.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

McCarthy showing his consistency once again for the FC Porto team. 9th in the GC is good!
Kozhatayev though with 4th makes the race even better for us

Breakaways
For once I can say I like them
Pretty disappointed after I saw that Barbin won Stage 2. I was pretty sure he'd win the GC that way but I didn't take into consideration the initial TT
Can't be unhappy though, with even the Youth Jersey carried home, and podiums in every General Standings.
Oss was pretty good, Appollonio was meh one more time.
Thanks The Rider

Weird that Kwiat finishes among the sprinters in ToNE.
Stage 5 How the f*ck can a stage end like this?! Those gaps are just.. screw it!
For example the time Kwiatkowski gained in stage 7 becomes absolutely useless if you have such silly stages.
So the GC is lost completely, but I'm still glad Kwiatkowski could win the ITT-stage 8.

Eurosport struggling in the Baltic Chain Tour, not a big surprise, hoping for a bit of luck.
Thanks to The Rider, Shonak and Bikex for the reports.
P.S. I am off on holiday for a week and a bit so might be a bit quiet.
