Quick tip @Zweers
Download a Acqua e Sapone logo with the bubbles (you can fx. use the bottom bubble from this one - LINK)
In Photoshop you eyedrop the orange colour from the jersey and create a new layer that you fill with that colour. Then use clipping mask to apply it to the bubble. Then you set the blend mode of the orange coloured layer to "Color" and you have a orange bubble. Merge the two layers.
Multiply it a couple of times and move the bubbles around until you get the pattern like on the jersey. When you're done, simply put the pattern on multiply on a yellow background and fade the pattern out towards the bottom (using a layer mask). Should do the trick.

Yes, I say it. It's only another versions for some countries that had not made it yet like Luxembourg or with a bit of modifications in Italy, France or Austria NC maillots.
I only want to share the maillots that I'm using in my career with IAM, not copy.
One link with original Perot maillots (FRA,GER,ENG,BEL,SPA,LET,EST,ITA,SWI): https://www.cyanid...p;p=571031
Sorry, I can´t find the correct form to update images here (?). I haven't got practise with photoshop, only do it for using in my career and not request to others. Now, I'm looking for Poland NC IAM maillot (just signed Kwiatkowski) and WC maillot (Albasini). So, I think I'm going to make (or "adapt" someone's) WC and polish maillots.
Thx for your job with PCM graphics!

No need to ask again. I'm sure that if someone has them, then they will be posted

I had these in PCM12 size so have re-sized them but unfortunately lost the sharpness, so its up to you if you want to use them. Thanks to DenisMenchov for the maillots/
