My phone is currently not liking trying to figure out the development file. Will continue trying. Maybe if someone with some free time could send me a file where my team is already loaded it could be a start?

The recalc is not speciality specific and it is guaranteed to make a rider's ceiling not less. So in case of a rider like TGH that has a rather low ceiling, the recalc would almost certainly improve that.
I thought the recalc might change a rider type completely, say, from climber to sprinter, with new max stats matching the new type. But that isn't the case? It'll just change the max stats a little, like +3 MO -3 FLA? But it is guaranteed to add more room overall?
@jandal: Don't know if that would work, there's not much "loading" involved in just selecting a team. If nothing else works I can offer to do the development for you, including different options for each rider and you choose which you prefer.

I will conclude scouting in a week. In case you miss out a portion of the talents will be added to the free agency of next season.
@Ripley: There are no max stats, only a max value of development points given to a rider. |

You can still send in bids during the weekend.
For development you still have a little bit more than a week, as I'm away until then. After that teams that sent in their development can already start with their renewals.

Awesome, thanks bikex.
Do you plan to work on the navigation and upload the prior years as well? It could be a great history library but atm the functionality is still quite limited so that the excel file was a bit more handy tbh.
If we could have a "career highlight" page, like in the archive, for a rider that would be great - e.g. winning tour, world championships etc
