Thanks for the hard work Silvio! Much easier to see who is available now 
Another question - seeing as we are using the 2014 database for the season ahead, why did we have to do the upgrades/downgrades for our riders' stats? Or are their stats going to remain as what we upgraded them to and the 2014DB stats are only being used for the free agents and non-managed teams?
(Sorry if I didn't explain that well  )

2014 Daily DB stats will be used for riders who weren't in PT/PCT or Drapac in the first season of EPIC.

I'll need to take a look at it, it will depend on how much money is available after the renewals, how many riders are in wait and for how much money.
Probably 2000 will be the starting offer, but with a lot of money left, it might become 5000.

Two questions: (apologies for being stupid)
1) The stats in Silvio's excel DB are the ones that we are using for the free agents, am I right?
2) Can we shortlist a rider for the draft who has a fighter or downhill stat over 77 (pretty sure this has been answered elsewhere, sorry)

1) The stats are for the riders not in EPIC this season. For released riders, you have to look them up yourself
2) Yeah, those stats are excluded as usual

For example Contador has 83 MO and Pinot has 80.And many more wrong stats.So are the FA's I mean the guys whose contract didn't get renewed might have the wrong stats.
2)Are we allowed to bid on FAs?
3)How many riders can we draft?
4)What is the draft age limit?
5)Can we bid on riders like Cavendish,Kittel and Betancur?
6)How many FAs we can bid?

1: We were aware of the issue, the excel file is only for riders who were FAs in 2013 already.
2: Not yet
3: You get one rider, your list of riders can be as long as you want or deem necessary
4: There isn't
5: No
6: IIRC it's 5, not too sure though.

Still 3 teams needed for renewals. A few more for the draft, but we'll just move those guys to the next round if they're late.
