Regarding the salary cap. A CT team has 1.200.000€. Does it mean that this would be reduced depending on the chosen goals or this goes differently? On one hand the salary cap and on another the money from the goals? Thanks

The goals have no effect on the salary cap.
They decide your additional money, which you can use for training, wildcards and transfers.

I guess if you upload it before the real season starts it`s not a big problem.
After the season start I think it`s unlikely to get his jersey changed. |

One basic question on transfers, which is kind of stupid but oh well...
When a rider is transferred from one team to another, do you offer a wage and an amount of money, or just a wage, or whatever?

The wage is set, so you only pay a transfer fee and then you take over the wage

Your budget will be given to you by SN later in the off-season and will be based on your goals, so that the most valuable your goals are, the higher your budget will be.

You get a set amount of money, that money can be used for wages (up to wage cap), transfers and training (also wildcards, but that is nothing for you now)

When we can consider that the DB is final in terms of rider stats? There will be changes between renewals and transfers?

In terms of stats, there usually aren't any changes.
Don't know if SN is planing of reviewing a couple of riders stats for whatever reason though.

There might/will be some changes. On riders released, last year this happened with Dan Martin, Nicholas Roche and Lars Petter Nordhaug atleast. It is to make riders that are very different from real life closer to their rl-level, and SN will never do that aslong as they are in a team (This is the reason we believe Tony Martin will become better now)

I guess if there would be any changes to stats for riders in Free Agents, then it would be a mix of real life and DB stats.
So I wouldn't bet that Martin will become a TT powerhouse..
