Wellens climbing the rankings in Germany, let's hope he can make top 10. A very weird sprint in Mount Fuji, was hoping for Van Poppel there, but even Froome beats him..
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Guatemala stages 4 and 5, as well as opening 2 of Berlin, are up.
Because of our team size, we always were gonna choose just 1 stage race where to send all our really good guys. Mount Fuji, because of the low amount of RDs and suitable stages, was bound to be that one, and boy, is my choice paying off
Colbrelli managed to do something absolutely special beating Coquard, Guardini and the rest while Malori just did his job - for once

"Bardet quitting"
All down to youngster Chevrier in Japan.
Dumoulin repairing the damage of a poor TTT in Germany, hope he can climb into the top 10 after the ITT.
Only three seconds between old rivals Coppel and Spilak in Guatemala

Holy shit, Rohan Dennis finally did something. What a win.
Shame Adam made a mistake but his brother didn't give a shit and took the white jersey off him. Family fight?
Nice to see Bibby getting the KoM jersey back in Guatemala but there seems to be a Nibali clause in the game whereby no matter what you do, Nibbles will win everything.
Tejay off to a good start in Fuji and with Dombrowski to help him, a good finish should be possible despite the incredible startlist. This is his first 'proper' race for us, so it's quite exciting.
This has been a good few days for us.

We have had about three updates with no Allianz wins: that must be a first this season! What are you on jaxika: 20/21?
Bad, bad times in Deutschland with De Clerq getting dropped down like that. Marcato and Guatemala getting some good sprints down in Guatemala. Froome, cold and hot, in Japan: hoping to get the win there to make up for Germany!
No shortage of races going on! Oh Yeaaah! |

OK from Smith I guess...

11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Surprisingly good racing by Illes Balears in Deutschland Tour, it seems it's the only race where Bakelants performs all year. Good stuff by Purito, although that 2 minute gap in the TT is awful.

It's looking really good for Kwiatek in Germany.
He keeps being at the front and bringing a strong TT Team really worked out. Now it's our race to lose.
Stupid gaps in Stage 3 of Guatemala Porte struggling here and it's just for the minor places now. Bouhanni at least has one stage win and a 2nd place.
Mount Fuji didn't feature any mountain stages yet, so we'll have to wait how much Elissonde and König can do.
Berlin is just awful, please guys come on and win some sprints.

Laas the first time this season seems a little out of position, but instead of him Slik makes his move to keep our flag up in the CT rankings...what an unbelievable season my dev team has between the allmighty German dev teams...

Posted Guatemala Stage 6-7 and Berlin 3-4 to avoid 3 straight days with no stages
I'm sorry about Berlin Stage 3 but it just didn't export, so just posted top 10 for each ranking instead

Why can't Bouhanni just win the stages with no breakaway finishing some minutes ahead? sigh...
My dev team sprinters are somehow also inable to win races, which is pretty devastating considering we have the two top sprinters.

Nice try by Dyball but that should really have been a stage win. He should be specialising in winning those stages with his sprint speed.
Nibali getting the KoM back...
We continue to suck serious balls in Berlin but that's no surprise with our team. Bring the mountains back.
Thanks for the results Matt. I was having withdrawal symptoms.

Big battle for 4th in Guatemala which will go down to the last kilometre. Hoping VDB can edge it, 3rd could be on the cards for those four as well as Uran hasn't had a bad day and is above where you might expect.
Alemayo keeps impressing with break after break this season. Credit to Matt! |

Thanks matt for the results.
Nibali quite dominant again, he's having an extraordinary season. Delighted to see a break win on stage 7 that didn't happen for quite some time. Nice top 10s by Vanmarcke and Lutsenko then in the peloton sprint.
At Berlin Pintzopoulos still having a shot at the win, but after the TT I already thought he'd have it but then he only got minor top 10 placings and by that not enough bonus seconds to take over the lead.
Stage 7&8 of Deutschland and Stage 3 of Fuji posted: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1140575
Wanted to also post stage 4 but my game crashed on the final climb.
Sorry for the delay, I was away on the weekend. I also won't have much time in the next days as well due to lots of uni stuff, so don't be surprised if I'm not very active in posting results. |
