Thanks a lot everyone! I've got a little info.
Beijing will be the last report in a little while. I'm going on vacation to Malaysia tomorrow morning and will be back on the 14th. Next report should be some time during that weekend.
Lastly, thank you for following and to those who voted for me in the Awards.

Malaysia? Why don't go later and watch the Tour de Langwaki there?
Guess who's back?
Lets see how many friens are still around...

@ Well alex I think people can't book holidays sometimes when they want to, there's work, school etc.
Pelli, enjoy your holiday Should be nice climate change from cold Sweden Great results ( once again, you never disappoint ) with Geschke. Very well deserved to be nominated for those awards too

Malaysia?! That's quite a long trip ahead. Maybe you can scout some young Malaysian talents. |

allowing Enrico Gasparotto to clinch a nice victory out of the mass sprint, where he edged out the HTC duo Goss and Cavendish.
I still can't believe how Cyanide didn't correct the lead-out ahead of main sprinter bug in detailed simulation
Good result by Gesink again, poor Fuglsang this time. But what were two Skil riders doing without contact of the peloton in Fuglsang's screen?
Enjoy your trip and good luck in the awards, some deserved nominations

Very good update but:

Real bad luck for Leopard on this stage. Fuglsang took a tumble in the last turn and fell with less than a kilometer to go, losing over two minutes and his Top 10 overall.
Shouldn't he have finished with the same time as the group? |

Amazing Vuelta review! One of the best I can remember if not the best. The paragraphs were neither too short nor too long. And then the stage reviews. Great end to the season as well. Season two should be just as interesting.
And enjoy Malaysia. That should be an awesome trip. I've always thought the less travelled places are actually more interesting ( as I write this from my iPod in Hawaii ).

Thanks a lot man. Was indeed a nice temperature change and some nice sun.

I planned to, but the (too) many hours in airplanes made me change my mind.

Agreed. It's just weird. And I guess you mean Geschke, not Gesink?
And thanks for the good luck. It was an honour just to be nominated.

Thanks a lot for liking it. Credit goes to Tuco the Ugly though, as I loaned his style for that one. Just couldn't resist, it looked too brilliant.
I surely enjoyed it. Fourth time there, so I kinda know the place. Spent some nice days in Kuala Lumpur and then almost a week on Langkawi and the beach. Hopefully Hawaii was nice too.
The last report of the season should be up either later today or tomorrow. After that maybe a season review before jumping to 2012 and a new one! Stay tuned!

13.10: Gran Piemonte
The peloton stayed together all the time during a very boring race without any specific highlights. In the uphill sprint it was recent worlds bronze medallist Wouter Poels who edged out the Liquigas duo Salerno and Nibali for the line, taking yet another victory for Vacansoleil.
Geschke tried a little move on the penultimate climb, but got overtaken in the last 500 metres by the fastest guys in the peloton and eventually dropped down to a still nice fifth place, adding yet another strong result to our already good autumn.

16.10: Japan Cup
Pretty similar scenario to Piemonte, with a bigger group arriving to the finish together. On this occasion it was Farnese Vini's Leonardo Giordani who surprisingly caught a strong looking Dani Moreno right at the line for one of his career's bigger wins. Geschke again as fifth, a result that will definitely do as season closer.

The trick to winning the Japan Cup is attacking right on the really small hill (directly above the "1" in 151) You can get a nice gap and then use the DH to recover a little bit to go at a higher pace and hold the peloton off.
But great reports. You seem to have ended this at the perfect time? Will you update some of the stuff so that Skil is Project it14 for example?

@ all: Thanks a lot. Geschke has been a huge positive surprise this season.
@ valverde: That's where Moreno attacked, and almost succeeded. And I'll do just as you said. Skil will turn into 1T4i and the other teams will become their 2012 form as well. Just need to update the db first.
