Happy to also see the white/blue helmet for AG2R been made. Getting a bit tired on looking at the old brown one.
Correct helmets on most teams do lift the game and are vital, just as the jerseys. So bloody pity we can't squeeze in all available gears in any DB, since it's so narrow limited with max numbers of frames, wheels, helmets and glasses.
Lets hope Cyanide realize this and increase that number.
It's a big enhancement to the game surely.

We've made many helmets for the World Tour teams.
Helmets are really nice, because nobody wants Acek' as helmet sponsor.
Ok so there's a few things that look quite wrong in here:
1. The correct column to make a rider retire is not gene_b_withdrawal in dyn_cyclist, but gene_i_will_retire. Cancellara, Canal, Henderson and Popovych have it ticked. This will make them not participate in any race they take part to. Sounds legit. Other minor thing, transfers are so outdated that neither Omirzakov nor Zakharov are in Astana, I can't even imagine how many missing transfers there are in the minor teams.
2. Just constructive critic here nothing else, but honestly, how much do you care about stats? The db may be great and all graphics wise but to be fair, I'm 10 minutes through looking into the db and quite a lot of things that are not subjectively wrong, but rather quite objectively, popped up to my eyes.
2a. You keep changing the matrix although Cyanide tells you not to touch it. Resistance, in the official db, is max in the mid-high 70's because of its effects. You have it on 85. Fucking 85. The second best rider in RES is on 83. 2 points of difference in the stat where you should limit differences to the minimum because of its impact. I'm sorry but you fucked up there... Not to mention you didn't even change the riders progression xmls, so no regens will ever reach 80 even, so that they will be beaten up by the riders in the db costantly. Nice work.
2b. As a curiosity, why is 50 a minimum stat? That's so low every single rider with it will be ruled out from any competition (and I won't mention the fact that regens have high 50's minimum for every stat and again you obviously didn't change the xmls correctly). You just went from giving 70 as a minimum stat for Flat and the rest of the backup stats, to giving 50. Are you aware that it is a 20 points difference?
2c. Now, onto potentials. You assigned a potential of 1 to far more riders than Cyanide does. Just to remind you, giving potential 1 to a rider means that not only he won't grow for shit, but he also will decrease at the speed of light regardless of how young, strong etc. he is.
Besides, why do you think Cyanide gives 7 potential to the strongest riders? That's because Froome, with a pot lower than that, will decrease as soon as the career starts. And that applies to all other top riders.
3. Last (and I assure you this is not last because I'm looking at this db for as much as 10 minutes) but not least, I'll give you a look onto some of the stats that seemed the most wrong after a quick glance:
Spoiler
Danny Van Poppel 80 SP and Moreno Hofland 79 (looks like utter blind chauvinism to me)
Ki San Wu (more like Ki San Who the fuck is this guy) 76 sp (best result 3rd GC 3rd Tour Of Hong Kong Shanghai ('08), last race in 2013 for Champion System. I hope it is a typo for you)
Anuar Manan (heh) 76 spr 63 acc
Gesink and Kruijswijk 80 mo (biased chauvinism again)
Froome 79 tt (maybe in 2013 but lol not now)
Contador and Poels (Dutch again) 80 hi
Arredondo 78 hi (yes hill not fighter)
Kwiatkowski 76 mo 78 tt (78 tt!)
Alaphilippe 85 dh (a good descender and all but seriously 85 dh? you used the full scale for Alaphilippe?)
Latour 73 tt, lower stat for mo which basically means you confused him with someone
Oomen 75 mo (which along with his high potential will make him become a 85 mo rider in 1 year, at basically 20 years of age)
Kochetkov 78 acc
Cantwell 74 sp 78 acc (???)
Agnoli, actually good sprinter when he wants to, 64 sp
Westra 75 acc
De Vreese 72 sp (lol not any Dutch needs a 5 stats boost in each stat)
Gerts 65 hi (and here I just start to understand neither of your 3 statmakers really care about them because I expected a minimum of 80 hill considering he's Dutch)
Quinziato 66 tt
Jelle Vanendert 75 MO, 80 STA, 76 HI, 65 RES (80 sta everyone)
Pat Bevin 65 prl
Dan Martin 63 res (how is he supposed to fight for a win in any fucking race when he's 22 points off the top stat????!!!)
Intxausti 57 res
Koren, although he's a great domestique, has no stat over 68
Skjerping 74PRL is way too high
Same for Bouet 73TT
Vakoc 73HI
De Buyst only 67SPR
Sieberg 72COB
Does Rojas deserve 74MO/76HI?
Gerrans 75 tt
I'll try and not be offensive (boy, that's a good start to any post!):
You guys really f*cked this one up! Is there a chance you uploaded a beta by accident? Or have you seriously made some really basic editing errors and just plain not understood how PCM15 works?

That was a good one, really. I genuinely chuckled a bit at that.
As for Cantwell... Well, technically he's retired, but he did finish in 5th place in the world's biggest cycling race (Cape Town Cycle Tour) this year. So of course he deserves a bit of a boost. And btw, I did do the same race. And yes, he did finish in front of me.
