Nice ride by Rodrigues. I expect him to keep the race lead now with one stage to come. Only a shame to miss out on the stage win but I think ONCE deserves that win with arroyo always missing out on Rodrigues.
Also nice performance by poorseyedi to secure a GC top 20 |

A smidge further for Rudaskov. Nice to see his name again.

That, in one word, can be called appalling. Apart from Bakhin in the early break nothing worth mentioning. Hopefully Firsanov or Pozdnyakov in a break on the final stage.

Godoy survives the stage well, take that. Back to back stage wins for the three highest teams in the rankings.
Typical of Txurruka's season that one. Castano and Txurruka both crash on the stage previous:
- Castano wins the next stage
- Txurruka finishes 17'00 down, oh woe be Txurruka.

Well friend, I haven't asked for much this season but I really hope that that is exactly what we have to round out this race: a hilly stage. |

Yay, a stage win from the one guy who is minutes behind..
And the rest of the team does jackshit once again..
Most useless rider for his wage this season: david Arroyo!
I mean, come on, everyone can have a bad race or two, but every fricking one?! Nice that Arroyo Even got one win this season considering how much he sucked.

To be fair: Arroyo will Top-5 the individual rankings, won't he? At least he was 7th prior to RCN. And to be honest: that's better than he was with Die Berg, iirc. And to be sarcastic: look where Guillén is wage/stats/points-wise
Final stage will be up later today.

These stages have been a bit naff from a gap creation perspective. Disappointing from Arroyo though ONCE get a stage win at least, while vey impressive from Nutresa and Euskaltel to have 2 riders each in the top 6. Looking forward to stage 6! |

Final stage is online. I'm sorry for some microjerseys fucking up the look here, but I'm too tired to fix it now

Not the best performance by the Minions in Utah, but I believe we did better than Wounded in this race.
Again, thanks for the reports tsmoha, but we know you're popular

First of all thanks for some great reports to the amazing tsmoha. And congrats on post 6666 right above this one
For the race I finally got to see Chris the way I wanted him to race and even getting rewarded with a 5th place in the GC seeing Team Live Nation go out with our heads held high. At least for ordinary races that is, NC's are still to be seen.
Congratulations to Rodrigues and Siam, once again he was just the strongest.

What a poor way to end the season, allthough I wasn't expecting any better. Great pace of reports tsmoha, and the quality as good as ever.

Txurruka does more harm than good with that attack, hindering Godoy in deja vu to RCN, however, Godoy takes fourth, have to be content with that and thankful he didn't fall over!
Congrats on a great tour for Nutresa, they look very likely to leapfrog us in the rankings. I'm convinced that Bonsucro had the best all-round squad this continental season but, bless us, we just haven't had the luck that some others have had. No shame in losing out to Nutresa anyhow, as if we didn't have the best squad their multi-national set-up certainly did.
Massive thanks for the reports, and all the effort, again tsmoha. Wow!
Just one race to go for us. |

And the season ends as it began and went. With nothing happening for Carlsberg.

Wow, that was speedy, tsmoha! Thanks for your brilliant work this season.
That concludes our season. As expected, not much going on for us in the last stages. The performance from Landa was decent enough...

What a nice way to finish the race off. Rodrigues with a stage win a tie for the KoM jersey and the points jersey, on top of that Poorseyedi in the top 20. Let's see how far that gets us up in the rankings.
It's the first not goal race won by Rodrigues, the second C2HC race and the 5th stage race in general on top of that there is a second place in Slovenia. He did a very good job to fulfill all of our goals, which makes me real proud of him. Sorry for the bragging.
Thanks for another very good report tsmoha, even though it is kind of hard to read at times as Gustakovski is very popular.
The amount of work you put into reporting the entire season is immense, so a BIG thank you from me for all that stuff. |
