Awesome report by Alakagom, all 3 reports on day one of the new season did the MG proud! Graphics coming across really well, great to see the (nearly) full CT peloton - geez there is a lot of green! Fortunately different shades in use, and our lads white shorts make them easier to spot (hope it doesn't rain too often this season for their personal modesty through ).
Very pleased that our squad delivered to and even exceeded expectations. Interesting to note that the top 3 overall all benefit from good secondary stats, and decent flat alongside their hill capabilities on this hard route. Congratulations to the other managers who also had a good first day, obviously In-and-Out in particular. There have been some surprise placings in the PCT and PT openers, but CT looked pretty sensible to me - yes, some missed out making the front group through bad positioning, but that's cycling! Sure we'll suffer similarly soon enough.
Great to get the season going, and this first result put a big smile on my face .
