Yes, by replacing the Local.cdb as explained in the first post. Make sure to copy it to the Main PCM Folder/Database directory as well, otherwise the game will keep replacing Daily's DB with the original one.

I have problems with the sponsorkits. Even tough I have installed everything correctly and replaced the Local, the borders and the finishsign are still have the default texture.
Can someone help me with this? |

Now that the official patch is out, how long will it take (of course approximatley) until the final version of the PCMdaily Expansion pack is ready. What is still to be done and do you need any help? if yes, please let me know |

it seems so. it is the last patch and luuuigi said the full version of the PCMdaily DB will be released after the official cyanide patch. are there any news about the release? |

Most teams select random equipment (ex: BMC-riders with Cannondales or Garmin-helmets, random riders riding with NC/WC-bikes/helmets etc.). Some teams like Movistar, Saxo and Europcar do ride with the right equipment, just as the team you play with.
Is there some way to fix this? It is pretty annoying, especially the helmets that don't fit with the jerseys at all. All help is appreciated.

Are you sure it's the last patch? Haven't read anything about that. That said, no news really about the release, it's still depend on a few things so it's hard to say a date. It won't be in July

I've told you in the thread you created about it to try to download the .cdb files in the first post of this thread, but I haven't heard back if you've tried this  Btw, did you edit anything? Could you attach your save? Maybe try to replace the Local.cdb also attached in the first post of this thread (which would reset graphics configurations I think). But it is really strange, Sky is even using TT wheels :S

Equipment does not have any impact on the riders' performance. It's only there for a graphic purpose where the Daily DB is miles ahead of the official release. So it would make no sense to reverse it. |

As Iguwell said, I don't see any reason to do that But if you still want to do it, it's possible. Basically, you'll need an editor like Excel Editor or Full Editor, which extracts the DB into tables. Then copy STA_equipment and STA_equipment_marques from Off. Release to Daily DB. Lastly you'll need to edit the equipment columns in DYN_team and DYN_national_team, giving them valid marques, so that they will ride on something (otherwise they'll just be floating in air).

1. I did download the .cdb files but that didn't do anything (I allready had those files, so that's probably not the problem).
2. I edited some rider's stats.
3. I don't know what you mean with "attach your save".
4. I tried to replace local.cdb but it failed, I can't do it.
In the pic below you can see that there's no equipment selected for the teams. That could explain the randomness, but it still doesn't make sense why some teams do use the right equipment.

Is there any possibility of changes in STA_race_rules in DailyDB so that the number of teams and cyclists correspond to reality? e.g. Volta a Portugal have a maximum of 18 teams, each with 9 cyclists... |

With 'attach your save' he simply means that you should attach your savegame like you attached your pic ;-). I If it's still the same as in pcm11 (haven't installed '13 yet) it's in mydocuments/Pro cycling manager 2013/users/yourusername/database/solo/.
