Hmm... already answered you in stage databases comment section some time ago...
As far as I know Trofeo Alcide Degasperi 2012 went from Bassano to Povo as the races homepage shows e.g. here and here. If you have any other information, please provide a link.
Seems like route changes direction every year. So in 2013 start is in Povo and finish in Bassano.

Think filter and colour settings are still the preset... couldn't remember I changed anything.
Edit: Took a look... colour: standard... filter: light and sated (or something like that in engl.) --> the second option

Converted Bucks County Classic (1.2 America Tour) 
and just changed the appearance of the finishing city of Doylestown, PA...

...which makes it easy to fix the Doylestown Criterium. The crit is one of the fringe events one day after Bucks County Classic and isn't part of a mayor racing calender.
I used the roads and city I made for the classic, so the turns aren't very real. In addition lenght and number of laps are adjusted due to the SE problems with circuits under 5 km.

Portuguese Championships in 2013 have been around Pataias again, but the route changed... and ingame is a fake one.

Recently discovered another improvement of the stage editor that might help one who wants to use the auto cities even in rough terrain.
Height of city points can now be tweaked like road points or IB's in earlier editions...
e.g. you can't place a auto-village here without...
...getting these ugly walls, but...
...now you can change the height of a city-point (snap objects to landscape must be unticked) using the ble arrow, too.
Village looks much better. The enviroment adjusts automatically and smooth terrain can be used to let the surrounding mountains look more realistic.
