Well, Im afraid we have to rule out Westra, as he is just recovering from his crash and probably not fully in shape. I hoped it would have been different but well, I cant change anything about that
But he's still in the lead after the first of two laps, more than 20 seconds ahead of Terpstra and almost 40 to third place Dumoulin, liveticker can be found here, for those who didn't know.

Well, that answers the question about Kelderman's form:
''It isn't there''.

Is it already finished?
Liveticker seems to fail if so...
Unless it's a prediction of course, though with the current intermediate times of my liveticker, it seems that Terpstra still has a chance...

Yep, liveticker stopped after Clement.
Results on Wielerflits.nl
Westra finished 4 seconds ahead of Terpstra. According to the comments and a twitter account belonging to the Leeuwarder Courant (who had a journalist in the car behind Lieuwe), he overtook Boom and vice versa a couple of times. You can see it in the intermediate splits that their Lieuwe's time was a minute faster than Lars's throughout the course, while Lieuwe started one minute later. Some people claiming that's the only reason Lieuwe won.
1. Westra
2. Terpstra
3. Dumoulin.
4. Boom
5. Clement.
Not even a podium for Blanco. |

Hmm, Kelderman 9th. Well, no form. Although people will maybe judge his long TT abilities really low. No reason for that people
Dumoulin 3rd. I called it
Also, Dion Beukeboom 8th en Peter Koning 6th surprise me quite a bit!

Somewhat agreed.
Kelderman was peaking for the Giro, so indeed his form at this time is not top like Boom's.
Also, by looking at the liveticker it looks like he had to change bikes halfway through the course. His intermediate times were no longer registered, possibly because his transponder was on his original bike. This would explain some of the time loss as well. |

3rd time in just over a month this happens. UCI/race commisaires should do something about it
Cancellara is Swiss timetrial champion. Surprise, Surprise!
Elmiger second, Hollenstein third. It looked for a while that Elmiger could beat Cance but he lost a lot of time in the last part finishing 57" slower.

Kwiatkowki loses by 5 seconds, last year he lost by 7.
Still Omega can be happy, Kwiatek 2nd and Wisniowski from their development team wins in U23 TT.

No surprises here. Although the margin is impressive.
