They look good! But I see a little bit of the green colors at the side of the nc flag. Maybe that can be changed. And maybe you can also change the green colors on the trousers into the nc color? Btw: You don't have to worry, take your time. This is looking good but you can improve.

The green colour won't be seen in game that's outside of the jersey the original maker used a too big pattern for the jersey, With the pants I will maybe try but it's not very easy for me to change that colour |

Imo, if you moved the cannondale logos on the jersey more to the center (and then make Cannondale black, in case of the NED shirt) it would look better. Another thing is that in the parts of the shirt where you've kept the original thing (only the sides actually ) there's a double plis applied (the one that was in the original shirt + yours). As for green logos in the shorts, try using the Hue/Saturation effect. By moving the "Hue" slider, all colors will be changed but what's black and white stays the same. So it might be useful for this case
